What is high speed recording used for

Although very entertaining in its essence, recording processes that take place at a very high speed has a far more serious purpose. Ultra-fast cameras are capable of recording processes that take place at high speeds, reproducing them in slow motion and thus enabling the observed processes to be observed and analyzed in detail. The recording speed can range from the standard speed at which standard cameras record to very high speeds exceeding a million frames per second, making them suitable for use in many situations.

Ultra-fast cameras can be used in the process industry for problem diagnosis and production process observation, vehicle crash tests, statistical evaluation of sports activities, research and development, ballistics and impact physics, in various separation tests, for material testing and all those purposes where necessary "slow down" the process for its detailed observation and analysis.
